On July 17th, MICA's Director Mrs. Prof. Pham Thi Ngoc Yen signed a Specific Memorandum of Understanding (S-MoU) between the International Research Institute MICA and the National Institute of Information and Communication Technology (NICT).

NICT and MICA Institute shall collaborate in the field of Information and Communications Technology in particular with respect to Natural Language Processing, Vocal Technologies, Human-Machine Interaction and Multimedia Sensor Networks, in one or more of the following ways:

• Exchange of information;
• Exchange of staff and researchers;
• Promotion of joint research;
• Joint organization of technical meetings and workshops.

The signing of MOU The signing was followed by a tour of the MICA Institute: after a presentation of the activities of MICA, demonstrations have concluded the visit.
