It aims at gathering some specialists in the fields of linguistics and anthropology, both Vietnamese and French, from different institutions, in order to put in place a program of collaboration about an endangered ethnic minority (Mo Piu, 230 people) living in the north Vietnam in Nam Tu Thuong (Lao Caï Province, District of Van Ban).
