Le workshop est organisé les 17 et 18 octobre 2016, à l'Institut MICA et en conjonction avec les cérémonies d'anniversaire des 60 ans de Hanoi University of Science and Technology

 

 

Les 17 et 18 octobre 2016 s'est déroulé le 6ème workshop annuel du Groupement AURA du CNRS. Le workshop a été organisé à l'Institut MICA en connexion avec les cérémonies des 60 ans de HUST.

Le workshop a accueilli ainsi environ 40 participants de 7 UMIs du CNRS implantées en Asie (Japon, Singapour, Chine et Vietnam).

Après des discours de bienvenue de Pr Huynh Quyet Thang (HUST), Pr Anne Doucet (CNRS/InS2I), Ms Olga Allard (CNRS/InSIS), Luc Le Calvez (CNRS/DERCI) et Pr Frédéric Dufour (Grenoble INP), une première session d'exposés a permis de décrire les activités scientifiques en cours de chaque UMI partenaire du Groupement AURA

Puis 3 sessions scientifiques ont été le cadre de présentation de travaux en cours dans les UMIs dans les domaines scientifiques suivants (en anglais) : "software engineering, Human-System Interaction, Smart building, Robotics, Linguistic and vocal technologies, Quantum-safe cryptography, Nanotechnologies, and Image processing".

Les sessions scientifiques ont été complétées par une présentation d'une dizaine de démonstrations faites par les chercheurs de l'Institut MICA, dans les plateformes "Multilab" et "Radio-Frequency" de l'Institut MICA.

Deux compagnies (Linagora et Uniity) ont aussi pu présenter leurs activités dans la région en relation avec les domaines scientifiques du workshop.

AURA Groupement

Ce workshop a été le cadre de nombreux échanges, échanges scientifiques mais aussi échanges d'expérience dans la gestion de laboratoires mixtes internationaux.

Plusieurs projets d'échanges de jeunes chercheurs (entre IPAL et MICA, CINTRA et LIMS, ou bien CINTRA et MICA), ou de soumission de projets de recherche communs ont été discutés.

Le workshop a généré aussi l'opportunité de nouer de nouveaux contacts, en particulier entre l'UMI CINTRA de Singapour et l'Institut international ITIMS de HUST.

Tout au long du workshop, l'ambiance a été très amicale et fortement constructive et productive, nous autorisant à conclure que le workshop a été utile et pertinent. Le prochain workshop 2017 sera très probablement organisé au Japon.
